Motorola H5 MINIBLUE, smallest Bluetooth headset
Tiny size at only 33 x 41 millimeters
That's not tiny by my definition, but what makes it smaller than other headsets is that there's no mic boom. Rather the voice is picked up from inside the ear. Sounds a bit creepy, but there you go. A clear advantage is that much less surrounding noise is picked up, so this seems to be the way to go for the future.
I'm concerned about two things with most BT headsets (not just this one):
* Talk time is in this case only 1.5 hours. That's less than the talk time of the phone, so you might actually have to charge the headset more often than the phone.
* The headset is not charged from the phone's battery (which would be obvious due to the above) but from a separate docking station. This would though mean separate connectors for different phones, but if on the other hand manufacturers could agree on a standardised accessory/power port the problem would be solved.
