Nokia E62, budget smartphone
My favorite smartphone E61 is now available in a low-cost model called E62, lacking some features like 3G, WiFi and corporate email. Looks like quite serious limitations to me (esp. lack of 3G), but if the price is really low it's excellent as a general messaging/browsing device, provided you accept the low bandwidth.
