Orange differentiates users through animals
This in an attempt to offer differentiated services, but actually they are not, except on the surface.
What I would like to see is a suite of complementing applications for each user category (as per Orange's terminology), like:
- highly sociable: fashion phone, low-rate bulk SMS and MMS
- tool not a toy: possibly a smartphone, corporate email and PIM
- love to chat: chat via MSN, Yahoo! etc, and blogging
- extras as standard: high-Q camera, GPS, mapping apps etc
I'm wondering if highly sociable and love to chat are that very different.
