Big screen mobile gaming
Here's an interesting new twist on mobile gaming called Megaphone 3000: You stand in front of a big TV screen, you call the game service's number, and then control the game via your voice or the phone's keypad (via touch tones).
It's obviously not as mobile as normal mobile games, rather it uses the phone as a wireless gamepad, but might be an interesting feature at exhibits, malls, bars, clubs etc, as a way to create a crowd.
An advantage compared to normal arcade games is that potentially more could be involved in the same game. Megaphone 3000 seems to be a pretty simple game, but e.g. 2D car racing and platform games etc could be made this way.
