Mobile geotagging now useful
GeoTagging Revisited indicates the state of geotagging of photos via mobile phones, providing ShoZu as an example. There's room for improvements though in the handling of the GPS device and tagging of EXIF. It only mentions using a Bluetooth GPS module, but I guess it works with internal GPS as well.
